Trendyol Sent Me Counterfeit Products and Ignored My Health and Refund Concerns

I used to shop frequently on Trendyol, but recently I've noticed that the sellers on Trendyol are constantly sending counterfeit products. They are sending non-original products to consumers, putting our health at risk, wasting our money, and wasting our time with the hassle of returns. While Trendyol and the sellers make money from sending fake products, the customer is left suffering. My face was damaged due to a fake product, but Trendyol only cares about taking back the product; they don't care if the customer's face is harmed by a counterfeit item. They claim that the product appears as original in their system, but as soon as I received the serum, it was obvious that it was fake. There were bubbles in the serum, the color was different, and the contents had clearly changed. This keeps happening to me on Trendyol, and it seems like the sellers are not being monitored. In a previous order, they sent a fake Nivea sunscreen. I've seen many complaints about Trendyol on various platforms regarding counterfeit product shipments. I am requesting that the responsible authorities take action and remove sellers who are offering counterfeit products from your platform. Consumers are being misled and taken advantage of by these practices. Please prioritize protecting your customers and ensure that only legitimate products are being sold on your site.
