Trendyol Order Not Delivered - Courier Says Package Never Received
On October 24, I purchased a product for through Trendyol and am experiencing a serious issue with its delivery. My shipment with tracking number 253464196194 does not appear to have been handed over to the courier company. When I contacted the courier, they informed me that the product had never reached them and advised me to speak with the supplier. Trendyol stated that an investigation has been initiated, but no solution has been provided yet. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem. I request compensation for my loss due to the missing product and a refund of the amount I paid or that the product be resent. I expect an urgent resolution and response regarding this matter.
