Trendyol Canon Lens Hood Order Missing, Refund Request

I placed an order on Trendyol on 17 March 2026 for Canon lens hoods, and the product page clearly stated that there would be 9 pieces in the package. The order was delivered to me in Saudi Arabia, Duba, on 24 March 2026, with shipping number 10331802698. However, I received only 2 lens hoods instead of 9, and the size of the lens hoods is also wrong for my needs. This means the product does not match what was advertised on the site. I have not yet contacted Trendyol customer service about this issue. Since the quantity and size are both incorrect, I do not want this product anymore and I request a full refund for the Canon lens hoods included in this order. I kindly ask you to review my order and resolve this situation as soon as possible by issuing my refund.
