Trendyol Delivered Only 1 of 2 Ordered Paw Patrol Tool Sets

I'm incredibly annoyed with my recent encounter with Trendyol. On August 9, 2024, at 15:50, I placed an order for two pieces of the Paw Patrol Tool Set with the order number 9410743918. When my order arrived on Tuesday, August 13, I was disappointed to find that I had only received one of the two items. I promptly contacted Trendyol to inform them about the issue and requested a refund for the product that was not included. Surprisingly, the seller stated that they were unable to send the second item due to it being out of stock. Nevertheless, as I pen down this complaint, the seller continues to advertise the product as being in stock. Why were they unable to complete my order, yet they continue to offer the item for sale on their website? Does Trendyol provide this level of service? I firmly believe that I am entitled to a refund for the product that was not delivered to me. Regrettably, it appears that Trendyol is not taking its customers' concerns seriously. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service after this experience.
