Trendyol Order Delay, and Poor Customer Service

I placed my orders on Trendyol 40-45 days ago, but despite exceeding the delivery times, they have not been shipped yet. So, I gave customer service a ring to check on my orders. They mentioned that the shipping times were longer than expected and offered to cancel the orders, but I decided to keep them. I would like my orders to be delivered. When I tried to get in touch with the seller for more details, I was informed that they were unable to reach the seller. Even though I clearly asked for specific details, I had a phone call with a representative who started yelling. I want a solution to my problem.
