On July 3, 2024, I ordered a Köyceğiz garden balcony set from Trendyol (order number 9336190876). When I contacted the seller about the delay, I received a dismissive response. After waiting for some time, the Tu Tienda seller sent me an A5-sized paper claiming they would ship the product, but they never did. Instead, they marked the item as delivered on Trendyol.
I contacted Trendyol customer service and reported this as potential fraud. They asked me to wait 3 business days for a response. Despite waiting 4 business days, I received no follow-up.
On July 18, 2024, at 13:38, I had a 6-minute call with Trendyol customer service. When I requested a refund, they told me to wait longer without specifying a timeframe. Ironically, the customer service representative raised their voice and treated me casually, as if talking to a friend. This unprofessional behavior and lack of proper attention have caused significant customer dissatisfaction.
Due to these issues, I won't be shopping on Trendyol again. They can be certain that I'll be taking this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
