Although I placed my order on Trendyol on April 22, 2025, the products have still not been delivered to me as of May 2, 2025. My address and phone information are correct, yet no one has called or attempted delivery. I even stayed home all day on the expected delivery dates to make sure I wouldn't miss it. PTT Cargo has now started the return process and is sending the package back. However, I want to receive my products and do not want them to be returned. I have been unable to reach the authorized seller, customer service, or anyone at PTT. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
