I Never Got a Refund After My Grimelange Tracksuits Went Missing by Trendyol

Hello, On March 21, 2025 - 21:16, I purchased 4 tracksuits manufactured by Grimelange and sold by Trendyol on March 21, 2025. For some reason, the relevant tracksuits could not be delivered to me because they were lost in the cargo. Although my cargo was lost and I asked for my products to be supplied back to me, the representatives stated that they would refund my products. Although it was stated that my refund would be made within an average of 3 business days, we have now left behind approximately the 28th business day. Trendyol has not yet started a refund process I am urgently waiting for my refund Regards Mücahit K***
