Lotto Cleats from Trendyol Tore in 2 Weeks, Refund Denied
On October 30, I purchased two pairs of Lotto cleats from Trendyol (order number: 9580741124). I regret this decision immensely. After just two weeks, one of the cleats tore at the big toe area, rendering it unusable. I returned the defective product to Trendyol for analysis, but they claimed there was no fault with the product.
Customer service keeps repeating that "there’s nothing we can do," showing no willingness to address the issue. Trendyol clearly prioritizes protecting the seller’s interests over the customer’s.
I demand a full refund for the defective cleats immediately. If Trendyol fails to resolve this, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect action now!
