Trendyol Ignoring Consumer Arbitration Board Decision

I would like to inform you that Trendyol has not implemented the decision made in my favor by the Consumer Arbitration Board on March 10, 2024, and they keep delaying the issue. Although the decision should be implemented within 14 business days, I have not received any feedback from Trendyol despite the time passed. My request is constantly shown as "under review" and this situation victimizes me. I would like to inform you that I will start legal action if I do not receive a concrete solution from Trendyol this week and if the decision is not implemented. I do not want the process to drag on any further and I do not want additional procedures and costs such as enforcement to occur. I demand that Trendyol implement the decision of the Consumer Arbitration Board as soon as possible and finalize this process. Sincerely,
