Trendyol Delivery Delay and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order on Trendyol on August 6, 2024, for discounted items. The expected delivery date was August 10, 2024, but as of today, August 14, 2024, the products have still not arrived. The items I purchased at a discount are now being held at the delivery branch for a return.
Despite contacting customer service, which assures me that my request will be resolved within six days, I am still not being provided with a solution. I have already waited long enough. If my order is canceled, I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and consider legal action against Trendyol.
