“though there was a bit of confusion with Trendyol's customer service team, want to give them props for being proactive and keeping the communication going. Thanks to one of their helpful employees, I managed to reach out to the seller company, and they sorted out the problem for me.”

I placed an order with the number 8181627650 on Trendyol through the supplier "şantiyemarketim" for one motorized grass trimmer and one motorized chainsaw. Initially, the grass trimmer was missing, and the chainsaw never arrived. After filing a complaint, the missing part of the grass trimmer was sent. They claimed the chainsaw couldn't be supplied. However, since the product was still available for sale on the website, I objected, and this time the chainsaw arrived, but with three missing parts. For the past 10 days, I've been filing complaints and follow-ups with Trendyol regarding the missing parts. They've been providing senseless and different excuses like "the product was delivered to a different person during shipping, the product couldn't be supplied, etc.," and they keep asking me to request the missing parts again. Each request takes three business days to process. How is it possible that the product is still available for sale, yet they claim it can't be supplied, and the parts can't be found? There are no answers or solutions to these questions. Trendyol seems to be putting more effort into frustrating and victimizing the customer rather than fulfilling orders. When I contact Trendyol customer service, they don't even bother to check my requests and what I've written. It's clear they are disconnected from the issue and can't provide a relevant response. I'm complaining about Trendyol and its supplier, "şantiyemarketim," for their two-week-long effort to avoid supplying the product. Trendyol, especially the supplier "şantiyemarketim," is causing distress in product procurement.
