On June 24, I purchased the product called "wooden foldable pouf cushion arm sun lounger beach balcony garden set set of 4 (cream)" from Trendyol company. (Order number 9318706696) The product was delivered to me on June 29, and I opened a return request on the same day because it did not fit due to the size and I did not like the quality. Since the product was large and arrived in 3 pieces of parcel, Horoz Logistics company appeared at the address. I chose Horoz Logistics and started a return registration. The relevant company did not receive the product from me for 2 weeks. I worked from home for weeks hoping that they would come and pick up the product, all my work was interrupted and my time was stolen. I met with Horoz Logistics 3 times. They made appointments to pick it up from home, but they didn't come and pick it up. On top of that, they changed the status of the product to "returned" as if they had taken the product from my home, even though I did not have the product. Then I started contacting Trendyol. When they saw that the product was not received, they first opened a record to change the status of the product, which of course took days. Then, when the status changed, the employee in the Live Assistant section initiated a new refund with Aras Kargo, but a record was opened stating that I had to take the product and return it. I do not have a vehicle with a safe to take the product, the product is too big and it is not possible to take it. Also, my return period has normally already passed. One of the first representatives I spoke to told me that the responsibility was theirs and that there would be no problem even if my return period passed. Days passed and when I contacted Trendyol again, this time they opened a record for Aras Cargo to pick up from my home. Aras Kargo informed Trendyol that it could not purchase the product due to congestion. They told me that you will deliver the product. The representative I spoke to again said that Horoz Logistics not receiving the product and Aras Kargo rejecting the request had nothing to do with them, and they took away all responsibility. But now I was able to send a request from the system for a company called Ceva to purchase the product. Currently, I have a product that I paid 8873 TL for and which I do not use. I want the product to be taken from my home, the amount of the product to be refunded to me. Kind regards.
