Defective Table and Chair Set Received from Trendyol Seller

The table and chair set I ordered from Trendyol arrived in very poor condition. During assembly, we noticed numerous flaws and defects. The legs of the chairs are uneven, and screws fall out on their own even after proper installation. It’s clear that no proper quality check was done before the product was shipped. The table surface is damaged, full of cracks and scratches, and its legs are also uneven. This is not what I expected from a platform like Trendyol, which usually promotes trusted sellers. The seller takes no responsibility for the product, does not answer phone calls, and refuses to accept the return request.
