Trendyol Charged Me for Return Shipping Even Though Buyer Did Not Accept Product

We are a seller on the Trendyol platform. In recent weeks, a product purchased by a buyer, which we carefully prepared and delivered to the shipping company, was returned without being received by the buyer, despite multiple delivery attempts. The buyer made no effort to receive the product, and we even tried reaching out to the buyer to avoid unnecessary returns. Despite this situation, instead of charging the return shipping fee to its own member who failed to fulfill their responsibility, Trendyol is passing this fee onto us as the seller. The platform also charges us the service fee and indebts us. From now on, we will no longer sell on Trendyol, and I wanted to share this information.
