Altus 12 Kg Washing Machine From Trendyol Defective - Can’t Be Returned

I purchased an Altus 12 kg washing machine from the Media Markt store via Trendyol on October 24, 2025. During the first use, the machine malfunctioned, displaying error codes E17 and SC, and it failed to wash and spin properly. On October 25, 2025, I requested both a return and a service inspection. The service report number 5027***75 confirmed an electronic malfunction. For the return process, I created the code 7250027264018505. Trendyol customer service informed me that Yurtiçi Kargo would collect the product. However, when the courier arrived, they stated that they were not authorized to transport large household appliances and would not accept it even if I brought it to the branch. When I reported this issue to Trendyol and Media Markt customer service, they said there was no alternative option in the system besides Yurtiçi Kargo and could not offer another solution. I am experiencing both the inconvenience of a defective product and the inability to complete the return process due to the shipping company. I request that the return process for the product, which cost ₺21,999 and was paid in six installments, be completed smoothly and that my grievance be resolved.
