TransferGo Promotion Not Granted, My Account Closed Unfairly

TransferGo offered a £10 bonus if I transferred £50 abroad. seemed ideal since I frequently send money to my daughter who is studying in Europe, made the transfer as instructed, hoping to receive the promotional bonus, after the transfer, they asked for some more verification documents which I quickly provided assuming this was just a regular check. surprisingly, I received a notification that my account was closed, it took them three days to decide… fulfilled all their requests and submitted the required documentation, but instead of approving the promotion, they opted to close my account, it certainly raises doubts about reliability…. I won’t be using them for sure, my daughter go the money safe at least, no need for further headache
