TransferGO Denied My Referral Bonus Despite Successful Transfer

I referred a friend to the TransferGO app, and they successfully made a 400 Euro transfer to someone. However, TransferGO has not credited my 22 Euro reward. When I asked for the reason, they responded by implying that I might have invited my friend just to earn the bonus.

Of course, I referred them to earn the bonus — that’s the whole point of a referral program! Now, they are withholding the reward and suspecting my intentions. This is completely unfair, and I feel mistreated by TransferGO. The email they sent me is attached.
