TransferGo Payment to Turkey Stuck for 5 Months with No Resolution

I sent money to Turkey through TransferGo, but it's been stuck in an intermediary bank for five months now. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service, no solution has been provided. Each time I call, I’m told they’re "working on it," yet there’s no progress, and I still don’t have my money. This situation has caused me significant distress, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of resolution and transparency. I expect TransferGo to resolve this issue immediately and ensure my funds reach their destination. This experience has been frustrating, and I urge them to take action now.
