TransferGo Delayed My Urgent Transfer with Unnecessary Questions Hours Later

I needed to urgently send money to my brother using my existing account, so I chose TransferGo. At 10:10 AM (Germany time), I received an email confirming they had received the funds and that the money would be sent to the recipient shortly. However, at 2:30 PM, they suddenly requested additional information, including the recipient's birth date and whether I or the recipient worked for a certain energy company.

If the recipient’s birth date is important, why isn’t there a field for it on your website or app? And why advertise "quick transfers" if you're going to ask for more details hours later? Also, how is the energy company relevant when I'm simply sending money to a personal account?

Additionally, I’ve noticed that the amount the recipient receives differs significantly before and after logging in, even accounting for exchange rates and fees. I don’t recommend this service to anyone.
