TransferGo Delayed My International Transfer and Lacks Customer Support

I wanted to transfer money from my Turkish account to my overseas account and decided to explore different transfer options. TransferGo stood out due to its lower fees, so I decided to give it a try with a small amount for the first time. Thankfully, I only sent a small amount because it’s been five days, and there’s been no progress with the transfer. What’s more frustrating is that I can’t get in touch with any customer representative. The only option is their chatbot, which doesn’t lead to any real support. I’ve had a bad experience with just a $1 test transfer, so if you’re considering sending a larger amount through TransferGo, I would strongly advise you to reconsider.
