I sent several transfers this account, but when tried to send the fifth one, it was rejected for no clear reason. For some reason, the process has been very slow after I sent in all the necessary paperwork, money is stuck in the system, and I don't know how to get it back at this point, which is frustrating. When I ask for an update, I either don't hear back or get a vague answer that doesn't help. For the past two day been dealing with too much stress and trouble because of them... I need a fix right away because it's making it hard for me to manage my money. There must be a way to speed up the process or at least get a clear explanation of why the transfer was turned down. Any advice or help on how to get this fixed as soon as possible would be great, literally I need to get this done and move on. It is not fair that I don't know what's going on and my money is stuck with no clear way out in sight.
