I Can’t Access My Western Union Transfer—Still Under Review After 4 Days
I received a money transfer from abroad through Western Union, but I have been completely unable to access the funds. The system shows that the transaction is still “under review” and not approved, even though I was told it would be resolved within three business days. It has now been four days, and there is still no update—no approval, no release, no money.
I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but every call ends the same way: empty reassurances and no progress. No one can clearly explain why my transfer is being delayed or what exactly is being reviewed. I’ve grown tired of waiting and calling for help that never comes.
This delay is putting me in a difficult position both financially and emotionally. If Western Union advertises itself as a fast and secure way to receive money, it should honor that promise. I demand that my transfer be approved and released immediately. Stop wasting my time and give me access to my money.
