I’m currently unable to withdraw money from my Papara account or transfer it to another account, and it’s been an ongoing issue that I can’t seem to resolve. I’ve called customer service multiple times and had to explain the same situation over and over again to different representatives, but no one has provided a clear solution. I’m told to “wait,” but there’s no update, no timeline, and certainly no progress. This situation is making me feel helpless and ignored. If there is an ongoing review of my account, I don’t understand why it’s taking this long or why I’m not being properly informed. This experience has been mentally and financially stressful. I need a proper explanation and a fast resolution—this kind of delay for such a basic issue is just not acceptable.
