I Face Track718 Delivery Marked Delivered but Package Never Arrived

On 23.03.2026, I ordered an EcoFlow Stream via the online shop “dealcourier”. The order number is SPG20260323224232602382666. The amount of 105,93 € was paid immediately by credit card. According to the tracking information with number 718, the shipment is shown as delivered to me, but I did not receive any delivery. No parcel arrived at my address, and there was no delivery attempt or notification. In the meantime, the website of DealCourier appears to have been deleted, so I have no way to contact the seller or clarify where my shipment is. Since the goods were never delivered to me despite full payment, I request an immediate refund of the total amount of 105,93 €. I ask for a prompt clarification of this case and reimbursement of the payment.
