Track718 Delivery Status Incorrect for HG1000529120DH
On November 5, I placed an order with Alo Yoga for $109 and paid by credit card. The shipment was handled through Track718, and my tracking number is HG1000529120DH. Although the system shows my order as “delivered,” the product never reached me.
I am unable to contact either the shipping company or the seller in any way. I can’t even send an email—there is no one to reach. My product is missing, yet the payment has already been taken.
I am requesting that it be investigated who actually received this order and where it was delivered. I demand that my product be delivered to me as soon as possible, or, if that cannot be done, that the $109 I paid be refunded to my credit card immediately.
