Track718 Shows Tissot Order as Delivered but Nothing Was Received
On October 18, 2025, at 10:25 a.m., my Tissotdiccount order with tracking number AX1000583348CD appears as “delivered” by the Trackq718 courier. However, the order never reached me, and I did not receive or sign for any delivery. This is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this.
To report that the delivery did not take place, I sent emails to both Trackq718 and Tissotdiccount customer service, but I have not received any response. I paid €150 for this order by credit card. I also did not receive any invoice or documentation. My delivery address is Bayraklı, İzmir.
I am urgently requesting information and a resolution regarding my order. I expect to be contacted about the status of my undelivered product and for my situation to be resolved as soon as possible.
