TP-Link has become a low-profile company in Turkey. Getting support for products takes too much time, and the quality of products has decreased. I have paid for a one-year cloud plan, but it is not saving the videos to the cloud. The call center is not able to help; they are technically weak. They have asked me to write an email to [email protected]. I don't have too much time to write emails for a new product that I have purchased today. The Tapo 320WS Camera - really an unhappy purchase for me.
