Substandard Service and Unresponsive Customer Support With Turkcell

I have been a Turkcell Superbox subscriber for 30 days, and I honestly don't think there's a worse service in Turkey for the price paid. The unhelpful attitude of the customer service representatives only confirms how poor the service quality is. While they claim that the Superbox delivers the promised speed of 2 or 375 MB, I can barely get speeds above 30–35 Mbps—even though I receive around 100 Mbps on my phone using the same network. Despite being a limited data plan and costing ₺1100, Turkcell has made no effort to fix the issue or provide a solution for my slow internet speed. Since they refuse to address the problem, I will do everything I can to make others aware of how poor and slow this service truly is.

Go and evaluate the service you offer to customers among yourselves. You provide the worst internet service for the money, and you don't even offer solutions to customers. For two weeks, you've been repeating the same comments—go tell them to each other. Let's see if you can be solution-oriented among yourselves. When my commitment ends next year, I will get rid of the service provided by this 'customer-exploiting' brand without waiting even a second. Let those who see this tell those who don't know. I don't think you can get a worse service for this price within the borders of Turkey.
