Toyota Doesn't Have The Required DPF Sensor Spare Parts in Their Stocks for Hilux

My Hilux' check engine light turned on and I visited the dealer to learn that the DPF sensor needs to be replaced. Unfortunately they do not keep even such standard parts in stocks and they need to import it. I was shocked because Toyota is a mainstream brand and among top sellers so I contacted Toyota call center to learn more about the issue. They've promised to revert to me with a solution in two days but did not. So I called them again and the same happened. Lousy customer service does not seem to understand that this error also causes Lane departure assist and Pre collision alert to malfunction thus reduces the security that I dearly paid for
