Toyota Corolla Brake System Noise Issues Ignored by Service Despite Repeated Reports

Since purchasing my Toyota Corolla, I have experienced a chronic brake pad system issue that appears to stem from manufacturing defects. When the car has been parked for an extended period, such as overnight, there is a noticeable squeaking noise from the brake system when I first press the brake pedal. Additionally, while driving between speeds of 80-110 km/h, a whistling noise comes from the front area of the car, which is audible inside the cabin. I reported these problems during both the 1,000 km and 10,000 km services, requesting repairs under warranty. However, the service center staff claimed they could not detect the noise and did not perform any repairs. As customers, we trust renowned automotive brands like Toyota and their authorized service centers, but they fail to acknowledge and fix these manufacturer-related defects, leaving us frustrated and without a resolution.
