Toyota Refuses to Cover Crack on My 2023 Corolla Display Under Warranty
About two months ago, a crack appeared on the digital display screen of my 2023 Toyota Corolla. Although my vehicle is still under warranty, when I applied to the authorized service center Onatça in Sarıçam, Adana, I was informed after inspection that Toyota headquarters deemed the issue to be user-related and therefore excluded from warranty coverage. However, my vehicle has not been subjected to any impact, liquid contact, or misuse. In addition, I learned that other customers have also reported similar complaints to the authorized service center. The warranty for my vehicle is valid until October 2026, and it also has the 10-year Toyota On warranty. For my vehicle with license plate 01anb053, I request that this issue be considered under warranty and that the repair be carried out free of charge. I would particularly like to emphasize that the insistence on attributing this defect to the user and Toyota’s approach in this matter has left me extremely dissatisfied. I expect a more solution-oriented approach from the brand, one that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
