My 2024 Lexus LBX Mark Levinson System Rattles the Mirror
I am absolutely incensed with my 2024 Lexus LBX! I bought this vehicle specifically to escape the annoying trim noises of my previous car, which I sold after only three months. I was promised Lexus's flawless craftsmanship, but this car is a massive disappointment. They've fitted it with a Mark Levinson sound system, yet it's impossible to enjoy at full volume because the rearview mirror rattles so violently that safe driving isn't even possible. This is a premium sound system in a luxury car, and it's completely ruined by cheap vibrations.
To add insult to injury, the inner door panels are also vibrating and making noise. This isn't the "perfection" Lexus claims. What's worse, the Toyota service center, which handles Lexus, is completely clueless about this vehicle; they barely even know how to open the doors! It's clear there's no specialized knowledge for a supposedly premium brand.
Honestly, don't bother paying extra for a Lexus. Just buy a regular Toyota; it's the same thing, and you'll save yourself the headache. The supposed "Lexus quality" is nothing but empty words. Lexus, you need to fix these unacceptable vibration issues in my LBX, especially with the Mark Levinson system and the rearview mirror. Your craftsmanship is clearly not what you advertise, and I demand a resolution to these premium-priced problems.
