Township Suspended My Account – Can’t Play or Restart

I received a message saying my Township account has been suspended, and now I can’t access the game at all. Not only am I locked out of my account, but I can’t even start over from level one.
I want to play again, and I’m asking you to delete my old account so I can start fresh from level one. Right now, the ban on my device is preventing me from playing altogether, which is extremely frustrating.
Please remove the suspension from my phone and allow me to create a new account. I just want to play Township again without restrictions. Fix this issue as soon as possible!
