I Report Login Failure On WePlay After Ban Removal And Loss Of Loaded Balance
I opened a WePlay account and, after facing a ban, my email was handed over to an admin who successfully removed the ban. However, when I later tried to log in using my phone number, I encountered a serious problem: I can no longer access my account.
This situation is extremely urgent because I had made in-game purchases and loaded balance into my account before the ban. Losing access means I am now unable to use the features I paid for. Despite following all login instructions and reattempting through different devices and verification methods, I still cannot access my account.
This technical and support failure has caused me significant stress and financial loss. I am requesting the immediate restoration of my account access, along with the full return of my in-game purchases and account data. I am also asking for an explanation of how such an issue could occur after a ban was lifted.
