Township has wrongly flagged my account for cheating, even though I have never used any cheats. Because of this, I am unable to access in-game events and cannot use the chat feature.
Every time I log into the game, I miss out on events and rewards, which makes playing completely frustrating and unfair. I have tried to find a solution, but there is no proper support or explanation for why this is happening.
