Touché Privé Isn’t Shipping My Order and I Can’t Reach Customer Service

On October 13, 2025, I purchased a “stone-embroidered balloon-sleeve dress” from the Touché Privé website with order number 877536, paying by credit card. Even though weeks have passed since I placed my order, my item has still not been shipped, and I have received no updates of any kind. I paid $56, and my delivery address is in Bitlis.

I called customer service multiple times but was never able to reach anyone—I only get a busy tone every time. I also have not received any notification, message, or email from the company.

Since my order has not been shipped and I cannot reach anyone for support, I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid.
