I Can’t Reach Customer Service About My Delayed Touché Privé Order

On November 11, I placed order #889356 on the Touché Privé website. I paid by credit card and selected Arsuz/Hatay as the delivery address. Today is November 17, and although six days have passed, my order is still marked as “processing,” and the preparation of the item hasn’t even started.

I called customer service multiple times to check the status of my order and to speed up the process, but I couldn’t reach anyone due to “high call volume.” Since this is my first time shopping with this brand, the delay and lack of communication have caused me great inconvenience.

I request that my order be prepared, shipped, and delivered to me as soon as possible. I expect an urgent update and resolution regarding this matter.
