Touché Privé Took Back the Product but I Still Did Not Get Refunded
I ordered something from Touché Privé on July 1, 2025, and the order number was #810987. I sent the item back through Aras Kargo on July 8 and thought it would take no more than a couple of weeks to get my money back. But it's been more than a month now, and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've tried to get in touch through every means possible—phone, email, even social media—and there's been no response. This is even more frustrating. It's not just that I didn't get my money back; I'm also upset that no one seems willing to help or even talk about the problem. The brand, on the other hand, keeps advertising and taking new orders as if nothing is wrong. As a customer, this experience has made me feel ignored and powerless.
