Check your current balance;
• Open TopTop → Wallet / Coins
• Confirm:
– Amount showing now
– Recent purchase transaction
• Screenshot the balance screen
Check purchase history;
• Go to Order/Transaction History
• Look for your recharge
• Note:
– Amount of coins purchased
– Date/time
• Screenshot the transaction
Check where you paid;
• If via App Store (iOS):
– Settings → Apple ID → Purchase History → Find TopTop
• If via Google Play:
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history
• Screenshot the purchase
Contact TopTop Support;
• Explain that you recharged but coins didn’t appear
• Provide:
– Account email/username
– Recharge date & amount
– Screenshots (transaction, balance, receipt)
• Ask them to:
– Restore the missing coins
– Confirm the updated balance
– Provide written confirmation
If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
