Tommy Hilfiger Sneakers’ Stitching Came Apart in 4 Months – Denied Warranty Claim

I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger sneakers from Boyner, and within just four months, the stitching began to come apart, despite wearing them sparingly. I sent the shoes for a warranty inspection, but they were returned with a claim of “customer misuse.” I paid a premium for these shoes, expecting high quality, yet the soles are thin enough that I can feel the ground beneath my feet. It’s extremely disappointing that such an expensive pair would wear out so quickly, which has seriously shaken my trust in the brand. If this issue isn’t resolved, I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Tommy Hilfiger, please take responsibility and address this problem promptly.
