Return Denied Despite 60-Day Promise at Tommy Hilfiger


At the Tommy Hilfiger store in the Mall of Istanbul, I made the purchase of a new cap. The product's receipt, invoice, and even its tag were all present and accounted for. However, when I tried to return it the next day, they refused to accept the return despite the fact that their website stated, "If you are not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 60 days," despite the fact that the website stated this. They asserted that the return policy only allowed returns on the same day that the item was purchased. When I brought to their attention that this action violated Consumer Rights, their dismissive response was, "There's nothing we can do."
