Tom Ford Sunglasses Keep Loosening After Purchase

I purchased my Tom Ford sunglasses from the Opal Optik store at Cevahir AVM in Şişli, Istanbul. Despite using the sunglasses quite rarely, I have experienced problems with wear and loosening a total of four times within just one year. In particular, the screws repeatedly become loose, causing the sunglasses to quickly lose their original shape and fit.

Because of this recurring problem, I have visited the store three times. On each occasion, the sunglasses were simply returned to me after the screws were tightened. However, the exact same problem reappeared shortly afterward every time. Considering that I paid approximately $681 for this product, I am extremely disappointed that I have had to deal with such frequent problems and that each time, only a temporary fix has been provided instead of a permanent solution.

Because this problem continues to recur, I am now concerned about using the sunglasses at all. I request that Tom Ford and the relevant store replace my sunglasses with a brand-new product that I can use reliably and without recurring problems. I expect a permanent solution to be provided and my inconvenience to be resolved as soon as possible.
