Bvlgari Eyeglass Frame Deforms Shortly After Purchase

I purchased a Bvlgari eyeglass frame from Fatih Optik in Istanbul on November 21, 2025. Shortly after the purchase, the edge of the frame began to lift and deform. Considering the premium price I paid for this product and the trust I placed in the Bvlgari brand, I was extremely disappointed to see the frame deteriorate in this manner.
On June 16, I returned the glasses to Fatih Optik, and they informed me that they had contacted the company regarding the issue. However, the response they received was essentially that, since the customer is 43 years old, they must have manipulated or tampered with the frame, and the issue was therefore classified as user error and rejected. I have taken careful care of the product, so I found this generalized and blaming approach toward the customer extremely upsetting.
I believe that the defect in this product is not the result of user error but rather a manufacturing or quality-related problem. Therefore, considering the price I paid and the trust I placed in the brand, I request that my eyeglass frame be replaced free of charge with a brand-new one. I also request that my complaint be reviewed again and that a fair solution focused on customer satisfaction be provided.
