Umingle Demands Payment to Unblock Adult User Account

I am an adult user over 20 years old, but my Umingle account on the website has been permanently blocked on the grounds that I am under 18. When I try to log in, a notification appears stating that I have been blocked for being underage and that my account can only be unblocked if I make a payment of 39,900 rupiah by card. I feel this is unfair because I am already over 18 and my account has been restricted without any proper age verification process. I also do not understand clearly how to contact Umingle support, so I have not received any explanation regarding this permanent block and the request for payment. I ask that my account be rechecked and unblocked without any payment, and that the underage block on my account be removed because my age is already over 18. I also request a clear explanation of why this block and payment demand occurred and a written confirmation once my account is fully restored.
