Tom Ford Eyeglass Frame Develops Rust and Turns Black

I purchased a Tom Ford eyeglass frame from the Atasun Optik store at Mavibahçe in February. I chose this product because I trusted both Atasun Optik and the Tom Ford brand and expected it to be a high-quality, durable product. However, within a very short period of time, two specific parts of the frame began to develop rust and discoloration. Over time, these areas became almost completely black.

In August, I submitted the product to Atasun Optik for inspection and warranty service, but my request was rejected. The product is still being held by Atasun, and I have not yet been provided with a clear explanation of the reason for the negative decision. Considering how quickly the product deteriorated and the amount I paid for it, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the materials and the overall durability of the frame.

I had previously experienced a separate problem with an employee at another Atasun store, and after this latest experience, I am seriously reconsidering purchasing anything from Atasun again in the future.

I request that the rusting and darkening problem affecting my eyeglass frame be properly evaluated under the warranty and that the discolored parts of the frame be replaced. I also expect Atasun Optik and Tom Ford to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution to this issue.
