On 13.08.2024, I purchased a package from TOD for 3468 TL. However, the package was not reflected in my account. I have previously written a complaint about this issue here, but the company did not take it seriously and did not respond. I want to address everyone here. No one should request a package from TOD and lose their money. I have struggled for 25 days. There is no place left where I haven't complained. I wrote dozens of emails, sent dozens of messages on social media, and it is impossible to reach them by phone. Finally, today I reached Digiturk customer service by phone. The representative there told me that they have no relation with TOD and clearly stated that TOD does not have customer service, so I would not be able to find anyone to address any issues. Now I am asking Digiturk. If you have no relation with TOD, why are you advertising and marketing it? I am calling out again from here. No one should lose their money to TOD.
