TOD TV Subscription Purchased but Not Activated – Unable to Reach Customer Support
I registered for Tod and bought a package, but it's still indicating that my package is not active. It's become incredibly difficult to get in touch with customer service. I've exhausted all options, but there's nobody available to have a conversation with. Whenever I try to access the live support section on both the app and the website, all I get is connected to an automated system. I'm having trouble finding someone to assist me. I noticed that the payment was deducted from my credit card, but unfortunately, I haven't received the package I purchased yet. This is not okay.

On 13.08.2024, I purchased a package from TOD for 3468 TL. However, the package was not reflected in my account. I have previously written a complaint about this issue here, but the company did not take it seriously and did not respond. I want to address everyone here. No one should request a package from TOD and lose their money. I have struggled for 25 days. There is no place left where I haven't complained. I wrote dozens of emails, sent dozens of messages on social media, and it is impossible to reach them by phone. Finally, today I reached Digiturk customer service by phone. The representative there told me that they have no relation with TOD and clearly stated that TOD does not have customer service, so I would not be able to find anyone to address any issues. Now I am asking Digiturk. If you have no relation with TOD, why are you advertising and marketing it? I am calling out again from here. No one should lose their money to TOD.
Although I paid with my credit card and purchased a package, it says that there is no active package. Why can't I find anyone to contact? I have been trying to connect to live support for 2 days. I can't reach anyone by phone or email. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I was literally scammed. It feels like they took my money and ran away. If my problem is not resolved within 2 days, I will get the receipt from the bank and file a complaint with the prosecutor's office for being scammed. This time, you will be the ones trying to reach me and failing. Put an end to this nonsense as soon as possible.
