I Cannot Cancel My Tod App Annual Subscription - Want Refund
I purchased an annual subscription on the Tod app and wanted to cancel it, but there is no cancel button available in the app. I bought my subscription through the Apple mobile application and have a screenshot showing that my subscription is active. I encountered this problem today, and it is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I tried to contact customer service but could not find any support line, and the live support feature in the app is also not working. I am facing difficulties because I cannot cancel my subscription. I request that my subscription be canceled and my payment refunded, or that I be switched to the new membership offer they sent me by email at a more suitable price. I kindly ask that this issue caused by lack of communication be resolved as soon as possible.
