I’ve been a TOD TV subscriber, but I’m completely fed up. For over a year, I haven’t been able to reach a single customer representative. It’s like the entire support system is just a placeholder. Every time I run into an issue, I hit a wall—no email replies, no phone support, and no live chat that works. I’m paying for a service that I can’t even use properly.

Right now, I can’t log in through the website or the app. I’ve tried from different devices and networks, but it always fails. I’ve attached screenshots clearly showing the error messages. Yet still, no one is available to help.

What’s the point of having a paid subscription if users are left completely alone when things go wrong? I demand that TOD TV resolve this issue immediately, restore access to my account, and provide a proper support channel. Otherwise, I will be seeking a refund and reporting this to relevant consumer protection authorities.
