Tod Silently Converts My Annual Subscription Into a Monthly Plan

On Sunday, 06/29/2026, I purchased the Trendyol Süper Lig annual subscription through Tod, priced at $6/month × 12 months for a total of $74. On the first day I made the transaction, my account showed the end date as 06/27/2027, and I confirmed the package on that basis, as an annual subscription.
When I checked my account the following day, I noticed that the package now showed as "Süper Lig Package $15/Month," with the start date at 06/29/2026 and the end date changed to 08/04/2026. In other words, the package that showed as annual in the system on the first day later began appearing as a monthly package, with the end date moved up to just one month later, 08/04/2026. My membership number is 1030604923.
During this process, I also tried contacting Tod customer service, but the system doesn't allow this either. The 0212 phone number provided appears to be nothing more than a formality — I can never get connected to an actual customer representative through this line, and I'm never put through to speak with anyone on the phone. I keep running into an automated system that repeats the same things over and over, doesn't resolve the issue, and is frustrating to deal with. Despite writing to live support numerous times, no one fully understood what my problem actually was — they simply opened a ticket and left it at that. When I asked when I would hear back, one person said 24 hours, another said 48 hours, and yet another said it depends on volume, giving no clear or consistent information. Reading through other complaints, I also saw that there's a serious weakness on the customer service side.
I do not accept the terms of the product I purchased being changed afterward like this, and I am requesting that my annual package be corrected back to the way it appeared on my account on the first day — an annual subscription running from 06/28/2026 to 06/27/2027. If this isn't possible, I want a full refund of the $74 I paid.
